Why Field Day? Why Not!!!

Field Day is designed to get the entire family moving.

Start class with a warm up

This is a dynamic warm up to help get ready for the coach lead structured fitness class.

Cardio Component

This is your chance to get the heart rate slowly moving up and pumping by the end of this section

Resistance Component-Power & Strength

This will incorporate bands and medicine balls for the right resistance with functional movements incorporated. You're now ready for Power using your body weight to help strengthen and get the muscles pushing and pulling..

Competition between adults and youth

This is a relay type Component that is fun and exciting to see who wins...MOM..DAD.. or the kids.... smiles accepted

Cool Down and Stretch

Lets now relax and get a great stretch and cool down to get you ready for the day!!!
