ENERGY CLASS was developed to introduce beginners  (youth aged 5-7 years) to physical activity.   Youth love this fun  atmosphere and often don’t realize they are “exercising” and  achieving important  health and wellness goals at the same time!


Energy Classes are about 45 minutes and are designed for youth aged five and older, regardless of current physical fitness capabilities. Energy Classes are positive, action-packed and energy-driven.

FOR THE HIGHEST SUCCESS RATE, WE RECOMMEND PARTICIPATING IN  ENERGY PHASE A MINIMUM OF THREE TIMES PER WEEK AND STAYING CONSISTENT  WITH ASSESSMENTS FOR CONTINUOUS FEEDBACK AND MONITORING.

 SOLUTIONS PHASE TAKES THE BASICS OF YOUTH FITNESS, INCREASES THE DEMANDS, AND PRODUCES RESULTS FOR OUR GROWING YOUTH.

 Solutions offers ongoing goal-changing exercise to achieve results. Solutions classes are about 45 minutes and are designed for  youth beginning at age eight.

Each YES! Phase offers coach-led classes to maximize  interaction, encouragement and attention to proper form and technique  so your youth reaches his or her fitness goals as well as increases  self-confidence.

Power Classes-(12+)

 POWER PHASE IS ABOUT BUILDING THE BASE WITH RESISTANCE TRAINING AND INCREASED EFFORT.

POWER PHASE puts intensity at the forefront. Specializing in any  skill requires making the fundamentals habit. As youth aged 12+ grow and  develop, they become capable of more strenuous training. Power Phase  builds upon an established foundation by increasing proper movements  with resistance.

POWER PHASE has Elite training component as well. (to be launched mid year) This is also for the young athlete looking for the next step  in training and intensity. Our coaches will spend time teaching athletes  to push harder, but they will also take time to correct form and  movements and prevent injury.

Working harder doesn’t necessarily mean working smarter. Our  sports-trained coaches will instill discipline and hard work while  consistently striving for excellence to achieve optimum performance.  Taking it to the field, court or wherever you play will be the easy  part.
